I am the leader of Team Shelley Homes and an operating principle with Florida’s 1st Choice Realty. We’re a growing brokerage in Tampa, FL with 50 agents. We’ve specialized in helping seniors and veterans relocate for many years, but we also do all types of residential and commercial real estate, property management and community association management. In 2021 we started our own title company and opened the largest real estate office in Hillsborough County. We’re a brokerage built by agents, for agents.

My wife Sherill and I have been married for 42 years. Highschool sweethearts. We have 2 daughters, 3 grandchildren and a great granddaughter

It’s a 55-plus community with 3 distinct neighborhoods. 21,000 active retirees, world-class amenities and very affordable housing. It’s been built out for 4 years.

We have a lot of amazing people in our community. Interviewing them is a blast!

I sparred with Evander Holyfield when I was 12. We were in the same Boys Club.
