I’m a lifetime entrepreneur that has owned a Burglar Alarm Company, a Movie Production Company, and a Real Estate Company that at one time have almost 600 agents. I have lived in the Santa Clarita Valley, which is a bedroom community about 20 minutes north of Los Angeles, for the last 43 years. I have been married to my incredible wife for 40 years who is a nurse, and have 3 incredible boys that are all grown and flown. We have 3 awesome grandbabies with another on the way. I have a son that is a Realtor and one that is a pilot and another that is an actor. Our 3 daughters-in-law are all nurses. We are so blessed to have such an amazing close-knit family!!! I have my own Real Estate Radio Show where I talk about all the craziness that goes on behind the scenes.

3. Q: From where do most of your clients originate?
I have been selling real-estate for the last 29 years and besides the different prospecting programs I do, I receive a lot of referrals.
4. Q: What is something unique about your community?
We have a very low crime rate and are far enough away from the craziness of Los Angeles yet close enough to get to within 20 minutes.

Princess Bride, Home Alone, Rudy

UCLA
7. Q: What attracted you to The Faces Of project?
Anytime you can celebrate someone for the people that they are and highlight them is a wonderful thing. When I tell people that they have been nominated for The faces Of, they light up. It’s very uplifting.
8. Q: Who is the most famous person you have met?
Actually, being an actor and producer I’ve actually worked with a lot of famous actors. A fun fact is that I did 2 Magnum PI’s and was killed by Tom Selleck twice. Once with a rifle and once with an Uzi.

Haunted no, gutted yes!!!:)))
10. Q: What are two things or characteristics that you have that have made you successful in your career?
Because of my time in selling Real Estate , and that fact that I have a Real Estate Radio Show, I’m know for everything there is to know about my profession. And also I’m know for my honesty. You can’t build a Real Estate company to just under 600 agents with being very honest.
11. Q: What makes you happy?
Spending time with my family and traveling!!!
12. Q: What is the most beautiful place you have been in this world?
The minute my wife got over her fear of flying we have visited over 35 countries, all of which has some amazingly gorgeous places.

I love auto-biographies of famous people that have come from nothing to success. I came from a very poor background.
14. Q: What else should people know about you?
I’m up every morning at 4 studying and trying to better myself. The downside of this is that I can’t stay wake after 8:30 at night.:)

Dodgers.

My family.

Work hard and smart and ALWAYS be honest!!!
