I’m Josh Peterson. My wife Jessica and I have been married since 2006 and have been blessed with 5 amazing kids! Currently they are 11, 9, 8, 6, and 20 months. Life is a whirlwind at my house! I have been licensed in real estate for the past 3.5 years, doing it full time since July of 2020. I was in the non-profit world for 20 years, working 15 years at a Bible camp as the guest group director and then 5 years at a local church as an administrative/operations pastor. I love coming alongside people and helping them out. whether in real estate or trying to help a friend solve a problem. That’s why I love this role, it allows me to do something that I love and have a flexible schedule! When I’m not being a dad or working, I’m working on a long term remodel project on our 1892 Victorian house. If I get some free time I love to golf, waterski, snow ski, or on the rare occasion get to a whitewater river!

2. Q: Please tell us about your family.
Wife Jessica. 11 year old daughter Bailey, 9 year old son Henry, 8 year old son James, 6 year old son Matthias, and 20 month old daughter Danielle
3. Q: From where do most of your clients originate?
My sphere of influence. usually within 45 minutes of where we live. Also hardware stores and ice cream shops, Ask me about it!
4. Q: What is something unique about your community?
It has a small town feel, but 30 minutes to downtown Milwaukee and 1.5 hours to downtown Chicago. It’s the best of both worlds!

Braveheart, Gladiator, Goonies
6. Q: Who is your favorite college sports team?
On Wisconsin!
7. Q: What attracted you to The Faces Of project?
I love being able to promote others instead of myself. Also, I’m not in this to be a social media star so I don’t want to focus on that style of marketing!

Nah, don’t really buy into that!
10. Q: What are two things or characteristics that you have that have made you successful in your career?
Easy going and a hard worker

Family and being up north at my wife’s family cabin
12. Q: What is the most beautiful place you have been in this world?
There are so many beautiful places, its hard to choose one! Pokhara, Nepal. Honolulu, HI. Great Wall, China. on safari in southern Kenya. Bonita Beach, FL and sunset in the Wisconsin northwoods. Those are a few of my favorites!

I’m not a reader but here goes: Mere Christianity by CS Lewis, Will Robie series by David Baldacci, cheating, I know, , and Good to Great by James Collins

I’m a pretty straightforward guy that loves his family and community!
15. Q: Who is your favorite pro sports team?
Sadly, the Chicago Bears. Its a tortured life for me!

My wife and kids

Doing new things in this life aren’t really that hard if you have the belief that you can figure it out! Try your hardest and put your mind to it!
