I grew up in Beaver Lake, Nebraska, and headed south after graduating from Doane University to fulfill my dream of living near the beach and being able to golf year-round! If I’m not working I’m spending my time on the golf course or out on the water with family and friends. When I’m not out on the golf course or on the water I’m exploring our beautiful beach towns and learning more about the little slice of paradise I now call home.

2. Q: Please tell us about your family.
I’m an only child but have a very large family that are my biggest supporters. My family means the world to me and I don’t know where I’d be without them. Almost all of them are still in Nebraska but a few have migrated south to join the coastal club.
3. Q: From where do most of your clients originate?
Our clients come from all over, we do have a few repeat clients and of course those that come from referrals.
4. Q: What is something unique about your community?
One of my favorite parts of our community is the “crown jewel of Florida,” scenic highway 30A. 30A is a 26 mile stretch of highway that is home to 16 unique beach towns. One of my all-time favorites of those towns being Grayton Beach where their official motto is “Nice Dogs, Strange People.” But the thing I love out about 30A is all the cool people you meet, you truly never know who you might run into down there. What makes each beach community so unique is that not one is alike from the architecture to the culture and of course the locals.

Oklahoma Sooners, Boomer Sooner!
7. Q: What attracted you to The Faces Of project?
Growing up in a small lake community in Nebraska community has always been a huge part of my life. Being a part of The Faces of Project has allowed me to meet more people in our community that make this place so special.
8. Q: Who is the most famous person you have met?
I’ve met The Great Khali (Turley from the longest yard), Adam Savage (from Myth Busters), Reba McEntire, Toby Keith, Brian Kelley, and Luke Bryan

10. Q: What are two things or characteristics that you have that have made you successful in your career?
I love meeting new people! Being an only child I was always very outgoing and it was always easy for me to strike up a conversation with a stranger. Another characteristic is I’m usually heavily involved in almost everything, in college I was not only on the golf team but was also heavily involved on campus through my sorority, working in admissions, and other various jobs and groups I was involved with.
11. Q: What makes you happy?
Being on the golf course, out on the Gulf of Mexico or Choctawhatchee Bay, or on the beach. I love being outdoors and spending time with family and friends.
12. Q: What is the most beautiful place you have been in this world?
This is a really tough question because I have been to a lot of beautiful places in this world, but anytime I come back to the emerald coast it’s still (in my opinion) one of the most beautiful places in the world. It truly just never gets old.

14. Q: What else should people know about you?
I love to travel and exploring new places! One of my favorite things to do is travel to a new town or country and find all the local spots, that’s the best way to truly learn the most about an area.
15. Q: Who is your favorite pro sports team?
I’m not a big pro sports team fan but if I had to choose one I’d say the Chicago Bears because it was my great-grandma Miny’s favorite team.
16. Q: Who inspires you to be better?
My father, James.

Live every day to the fullest and travel as much as possible!
