1. Q: What community do you represent for The Faces Of?

2. Q: Please tell us about your family.
My parents live here in Las Vegas, proud members of the Summerlin Community. I have 4 younger brothers living in both California and St. Louis, Missouri. I have 2 wonderful children which I couldn’t be more proud of. My handsome and giving son is serving our Country in the US Air Force, currently overseas. My beautiful and talented daughter is here in Vegas with my wonderful son-in-law, retired US Air Force. Family is extremely important to me, I am very family oriented.

3. Q: From where do most of your clients originate?
To date, the majority of my clients come from my sphere of influence and referrals. The small % that I didn’t know well at the start, are now close friends and/or like family.

4. Q: What is something unique about your community?
Summerlin is what I consider to be the best community in Las Vegas. It’s an award winning master-planned development recognized both locally and nationally. It’s been one of the nations best selling communities for nearly two decades. It’s also the onlt Southern Nevada community with it’s own downtown.

5. Q: What are 2-3 of your top 10 favorite movies?
Miracle, Dirty Dancing, Tombstone….strange combo, I know

6. Q: Who is your favorite college sports team?
Missouri – Mizzou Tigers

7. Q: What attracted you to The Faces Of project?
I wanted to be able to support and strengthen my community, while also being the most known Realtor.

8. Q: Who is the most famous person you have met?
Wayne Gretzky, Magic Johnson, Steven Spieldberg

9. Q: For our partners in real estate: Have you ever shown a house you believe to be haunted?
Not as of yet. I have entered a home to be surprised by squatters, but not ghosts.

10. Q: What are two things or characteristics that you have that have made you successful in your career?
Creativity with good communication. I’m very passionate about what I do. I have a big heart and people recognize that I genuinely care and want to help.

11. Q: What makes you happy?
Being with my family and friends brings me the most joy. Hanging out with my great dog, Pippy does as well.

12. Q: What is the most beautiful place you have been in this world?
Alaska…it’s the most gorgeous, relaxing place. With friendly people and amazing food, I might add!

13. Q: What are 2-3 of your favorite books?
I enjoy poetry books, but tend to read inspirational and self help-leadership type books. The Go Giver is my favorite. I am currently reading You are a badass, and plan to read The Magic – of The Secret Series next.

14. Q: What else should people know about you?
I love music, sports, theater, appy hour and trying new restaurants. I enjoy yard work/gardening and cooking/entertaining.

15. Q: Who is your favorite pro sports team?
St. Louis Cardinals

16. Q: Who inspires you to be better?
Probably myself being I’m always pushing myself and setting new goals. Also my parents for raising me to believe in myself, and my kids for appreciating that everything I’ve ever accomplished was to set an example and provide for them to the best of my ability.

17. Q: What advice do you want to leave behind?
You can accomplish whatever you desire with heart, passion and hard work. Dream big and never settle.
