Diablo Valley – the towns of Alamo, Blackhawk, Danville, and Diablo

2. Q: Please tell us about your family.
I have a daughter in So Cal

3. Q: From where do most of your clients originate?
Referrals and past clients.

4. Q: What is something unique about your community?
We are a little bit of Americana on the West coast. Many farmers markets and parades. We also have exceptional recreational trails for hiking and biking.

5. Q: What are 2-3 of your top 10 favorite movies?
The Princess Bride, Toy Story, Sound of Music

6. Q: Who is your favorite college sports team?
USC

7. Q: What attracted you to The Faces Of project?
It’s a great avenue to get to know people and get them to talk about themselves.

8. Q: Who is the most famous person you have met?
There are many as I used to work at Warner Bros, but I helped digitize Malpaso Productions and an intro to Clint Eastwood would be the top. Also Tom Selleck in an elevator.

9. Q: For our partners in real estate: Have you ever shown a house you believe to be haunted?
No, but in the market crash had some “unoccupied” homes where live people flew out the windows and doors when I opened the door. That was scary enough

10. Q: What are two things or characteristics that you have that have made you successful in your career?
Resilience and smiling thru it all

11. Q: What makes you happy?
My faith, my daughter, the beach

12. Q: What is the most beautiful place you have been in this world?
A little resort island in the Philippines.

13. Q: What are 2-3 of your favorite books?
My Bible and whatever novel I’m reading at the time.

14. Q: What else should people know about you?
I am weirdly mechanically inclined because I can fix just about anything and my friends call me the homing pigeon because I never get lost

15. Q: Who is your favorite pro sports team?
The SF Giants and 49ers

16. Q: Who inspires you to be better?
God and those I surround myself with. Hopefully we do that for each other.

Ask God to show you who He is. You will be amazed.
