Leonard has been involved in real estate since 1987. Known as “The B.I.O.N.I.C. (Believe It Or Not I Care) Realtor”, he leads his own team in Rockford Michigan. Leonard joined EXIT Realty International in 2017 as Franchise Development Manager. Since then he has earned many top performance awards at EXIT Realty as well as outstanding business partner of the year award from the Michigan Women’s Council of Realtors. He is an active member in several WCR chapters around the state. Leonard was also named Agent Of The Month for the entire state of Michigan in 2021 and featured on the cover of Broker Agent Advisor Magazine. Leonard also created a realtor personal safety course that is accredited by the state of Michigan. Recently he joined forces with EXIT Realty Upper Midwest as the Regional Director for Michigan, Ohio and Indiana. He continues to sell real estate, assist EXIT brokers and grow new franchise opportunities throughout the state. A graduate of Central Michigan University (where he also played college football) Leonard has been married to his beautiful wife Pat for 38 years (and counting). His daughter and son in law Emily and Brandon Mitchem live in Greenville, Michigan with their two handsome boys Brady and Cameron. Leonard calls the beautiful town of Rockford home and plans to live the rest of his days there.

I have a beautiful wife of 38 + years Pat and a daughter, son in law and two Grandsons.
3. Q: From where do most of your clients originate?
Mostly West Michigan but I do business everywhere in Michigan.
4. Q: What is something unique about your community?
Rockford is home to Wolverine Worldwide, Inc. A famous shoe maker/wholesaler

U of M “Go Blue!”

Positivity, up lifting messages, promoting community and “good people” !

Darius Rucker, Thomas Rhett and Donny Osmond

No but, I have shown a few creepy ones!
10. Q: What are two things or characteristics that you have that have made you successful in your career?
Caring about others first and doing the right thing no matter what.

Helping people achieve their dreams and spending time with family. Especially my Grandsons!
12. Q: What is the most beautiful place you have been in this world?
So far I’d say Michigan’s Upper Peninsula.

I am a musician and singer. I play small fairs and festivals and pubs.

Love and trust God, be a happy, kind, compassionate, strong person and never quit!
