Hello! I am Kim Agemy, me and my husband Jim have been married coming up on 26 years. It's easy to remember since we rhyme! We have a wonderful family and find ourselves as empty nesters this year, something we are still getting use to. We feel blessed and proud of our children. Codey, the oldest joined the Air Force as a Firefighter and married a sweet Georgia peach named Summer. They have blessed us with two adorable grandkids- Blakely & Grayden. Even though they are not local we work to see them as often as possible and love a good Facetime. I agree, we are too young to be grandparents lol. Just call us Gid and Mimi. Cole is earning his finance degree and playing baseball at Marshall University. We love watching him play the game he loves. Our daughter, Cassidy, is now enrolled in Calvin University pursuing her dream. She earned early admittance into the Speech Pathology master program and is playing volleyball. As they all go their own way I treasure the times we are all together.

2. Q: Please tell us about your family.
We adore our kids, grandkids, and dog named Casey. My family is from the Louisville, KY area and we still visit there regularly. Jim's family all lives in MI.
3. Q: From where do most of your clients originate?
Most of our clients are either past clients or referrals. We work hard to bring world class service to our clients and feel blessed when they trust us to refer our name to others.
4. Q: What is something unique about your community?
In Michigan you get to experience all 4 seasons! You can enjoy the beautiful leaves in the fall, boating in the great lakes in the summer, skiing & snowmobiles in the snow, and the outdoors in the spring.
5. Q: What are 2-3 of your top 10 favorite movies?
I love comedies, romance, thrillers, and action!
6. Q: Who is your favorite college sports team?
Marshall baseball & Calvin volleyball at this time-where my kids play!
7. Q: What attracted you to The Faces Of project?
I love real estate because it is a people business- I have always loved community and helping others. The fact that I can share stories of the faces and businesses of our community was truly EXCITING!
8. Q: Who is the most famous person you have met?
I can't say I have met anyone famous- my husband Jim played baseball with Barry Larkin and Jim Abbott. Does that count?
9. Q: For our partners in real estate: Have you ever shown a house you believe to be haunted?
No, never had the opportunity arise! That could be fun maybe……I sold one house that we were unclear if there was a marker or a headstone in the yard. We could not find records and determined it was a marker.
10. Q: What are two things or characteristics that you have that have made you successful in your career?
Being resourceful and determined to not give up!
11. Q: What makes you happy?
Having my family all together in one place.
12. Q: What is the most beautiful place you have been in this world?
I think Switzerland or Prague, Czech. In my 20's my friend convinced me to back pack across Europe. Franky I enjoyed all the countries we visited. It was the best decision to go!

The Go Giver , love Jodi Picoult books
14. Q: What else should people know about you?
I dress up every day but the second I walk into the house I IMMEDIATELY put on sweats and comfy clothes no matter what time it is. I wear socks year round inside. I like to travel and see new places. Love trying new food places. I never nap but when I sit down to watch TV at night I wake up on the couch every night and try to remember falling asleep.
15. Q: Who is your favorite pro sports team?
Hmmm….honestly I would go to any pro game and enjoy it. I watch whatever the boys turn on TV lol
16. Q: Who inspires you to be better?
My family inspires me to be a better person. The business partners I now have inspire me to think bigger and what is possible.
17. Q: What advice do you want to leave behind?
Always believe in yourself, dream big and don't be afraid to take chances. You can dream big then break it down into the daily actions that will get you there.
18. Q: If a movie were made about your life, who would you want to play you?
Hmmmmm……..maybe Kate Hudson??
